Churchill Downs Racetrack offers several areas that will not only meet your every need but will add to your experience and enjoyment while attending the season ending grand finale of Thoroughbred racing, the Breeders’ Cup World Championships!
First post on Friday, November 5th will be at 2:00 p.m. and 4:10 p.m. will be the first post for our Championships. For the first time ever our Championship races on Friday will be run under lights! First post on Saturday, November 6th will be 12:05 p.m. with a 1:50 p.m. first post for our Championships.
Below are three distinct areas from which you can experience the Breeders’ Cup World Championships. HELPFUL HINTS BEFORE YOU START
When navigating through the ticketing site, do not use the Back arrow in your browser window, it will exit out of your ticket buying session. Navigate through the SABO screens using the buttons available on the screen such as Back, Continue, Proceed , etc.

If you cannot find a seat in the area/price level you selected, you can select a different area/price level and navigate around the seating map until you find the area that you prefer. Click here to download a Price Key.
Areas that are available in the price level you select show up as small squares on top of the facility map. If you change your price level, other small squares appear on the map to show you that these are areas that have seats in your price level. If you are looking at the facility map, you can change the price level in the box on the top left of your screen to see all the different sections in the two day package page or by clicking on the small map in the single day page.
Seats that are unavailable for purchase show up as white circles on the seating map. Colored circles are seats that are available for you to purchase.
A confirmation email will be sent to you at the end of your order. All tickets will be mailed to you approximately 30 days before the event. Please retain your order confirmation # for your records.

DINING: Suites & Restaurant Seating

All table dining is located indoors and includes a complimentary gourmet chef’s table and non-alcoholic beverages. Dining areas are conveniently located to tellers and many offer premium views of racing or paddock areas depending on your location. Table configurations range from 8 or 10 seats per table depending on the area. You may purchase seats in multiples of two only in certain dining areas-these are noted below. All dining is sold as a two day package.

Located on the 4th and 6th floor in Skye Terrace and Millionaires Row you and your guests will enjoy fine dining (8 seats per table) with complimentary chef’s table, premium cash bar service, wagering facilities, and most importantly an open air balcony with commanding views of racing!

Finish Line Suites and Jockey Club Suites
These rooms offer interior dining and are located at the Finish Line Suites and Jockey Club Suites level. Enjoy fine dining with complimentary chef’s table, premium cash bar service, convenient wagering tellers, and most importantly access to an open air balcony with commanding views of racing. The Jockey Club Suites balcony offers excellent views of the finish line, and the Finish Line Suites balcony offers views of both the paddock and the finish line! (10 seats per table)

CLUBHOUSE: Exterior box seats
MINIMUM 6 SEATS PER PURCHASE
Exterior Premium 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor Clubhouse boxes offer excellent views of the stretch and finish line. Conveniently located to wagering facilities, restrooms, concessions and bar service. The majority of Clubhouse box seating on the 2nd and 3rd floor is sold as a two day package; however, there are options for singe day tickets on the 1st floor and a few additional areas.

GRANDSTAND: Reserved Bleacher & Box Seats
These sections offer views of the stretch run, with open-air bleacher seating at track and 2nd floor mezzanine level. The 3rd floor grandstand level offers box seating with a minimum of 6 seats per purchase. You may choose between covered or un-covered bleacher and box seating. Conveniently located to wagering facilities, restrooms, concessions and bar service, the majority of these grandstand seats may be purchased either by the day or as a two day package.

Breeders’ Cup Event general parking is $50.00 (U.S.) per car. This parking pass for the Longfield Lot is good for both Friday and Saturday Championships and is only sold in advance (quantities are limited). Limited availability of Limo Passes and Bus Passes available through the Churchill Downs ticket office at (502) 636-4400. No parking on site is sold on either Championship Friday or Saturday at the gate. General Admission and Club House Admission only tickets will be sold approximately 30 days before the Championships.

Your View and Seat View photographs represent the section that has been selected and not the actual seat selection.
Seat Reservation Policy
All patrons, regardless of age, must have a reserved seat ticket in order to gain entrance to ANY reserved seating area.
Other Race Days
Churchill Downs will be open for racing on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday of Breeders’ Cup week. If you plan to attend the races on these days, you may order reserved box seats and admission by calling the Churchill Downs Ticket Office at (502) 636-4400.
Customer Address Information – Ticket Delivery
If your address changes or is shown as a PO Box and you requested special handling, notify the Breeders’ Cup of the change. You may call (859) 514-9423 or fax the information to (859) 223-3945.

There are no refunds or exchanges once seats are confirmed. All ticket sales are final.

Unsold Ticket Inventory
Churchill Downs, Incorporated reserves the right to unbundle unsold seats at any time.
Conditions of Acceptance Upon Ticket Delivery
This ticket is a revocable license, subject to termination at the discretion of Churchill Downs, Incorporated and Breeders’ Cup Limited at (‘Churchill Downs’), with denial of admission or removal of the facility, without compensation, should the ticket holder act in a disorderly manner or violate the management’s rules or regulations. Churchill Downs, Incorporated reserves the right to search all persons, bags, boxes and/or other containers and to refuse admission or to eject any person refusing such procedures or where such search produces contents or items deemed unlawful, dangerous, obnoxious or prohibitive by Churchill Downs, Inc.. Patrons may not bring liquor, bottles, balloons, umbrellas, weapons or items which Churchill Downs, Inc. deems unlawful, dangerous, or obnoxious onto the premises. All patrons, regardless of age, must have ticket to gain access to seated areas. No person who has been ruled off any sanctioned course can be admitted by this ticket. Expulsion forfeits this ticket, and the holder thereof waives all claims against Churchill Downs, Incorporated and Breeders’ Cup Limited by reason of the same.
The holder of this ticket agrees not to resell this ticket at a premium in excess of the amount allowed by any Federal, State, Provincials or local law or regulation. Churchill Downs, Incorporated and Breeders’ Cup Limited are not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, forgotten or destroyed, or tickets that are obtained from sources other than Churchill Downs, Incorporated or Breeders’ Cup Limited. Tickets that are obtained from other sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and in such cases will be void. Ticket holders are solely responsible for safeguarding their tickets.
This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests or sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the express written consent of Breeders’ Cup Limited and Churchill Downs, Incorporated.
Ticket holder grants Breeders’ Cup Limited, its designees and assignees permission to use photographs, films, video, sound recordings and other images of holder’s likeness for any legitimate purpose, including, but not limited to, any broadcast or reproduction of the Breeders’ Cup World Championships and any promotion or advertisement therefor.
Ticketholder is warned and acknowledges that attendance at the Breeders’ Cup World Championships involves risks of personal injury and property damage incidental to the races, occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the races, including specifically, but not limited to, the danger of being injured by horses, falling objects, and other race patrons.
